Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th 1962) is an American actor from the United States. In 1983, following her debut film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack participant in WarGames '83 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known member of the group. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead in her character in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress, and author. She started her career in film by appearing in the crime-drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s, for which she was praised. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured famous actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film she later appeared in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the top high school film ever made. The film was made for just $1,000,000, but the film made more than 50 million dollars. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. From April 1980 it was an adolescent show. Also, she appeared on various shows on TV, including Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. The show Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She is also on X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film where her character is a brief cameo. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performance, has won numerous awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' Silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
